These homemade cheddar bagels are quick to whip up and perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack. These have become a staple for my family. Whether you’re meal prepping or just craving a treat, this is the recipe for you!

Why you’ll love Cheddar Protein Bagels:
- Chewy & Cheesy. These bagels have everything you love about a classic bagel. Chewy, melted cheese on top, perfect with some butter or cream cheese.
- High Protein & Gut-friendly. This recipe uses Greek yogurt, which has a higher protein content than most bagel recipes. It will keep you fuller for longer and is good for your gut thanks to the probiotics in the yogurt.
- Quick on time. The best part of this recipe is that it takes 15 minutes to bring together and roughly 25-30 minutes to bake.
- Customizable. The best part is that this recipe is customizable. Looking for a sweeter bagel? Dust some cinnamon sugar over it instead. There is no limit to what you can top a bagel with.
