Cheddar Protein Bagels

Bagel lovers, rejoice! Turns out you can make a cheesy, bakery-style bagel at home that’s packed with protein. These homemade cheddar bagels are quick to whip up and perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack. These have become a staple for my family. Whether you’re meal prepping or just craving a treat, this is the recipe for you!

Why you’ll love Cheddar Protein Bagels:

  1. Chewy & Cheesy. These bagels have everything you love about a classic bagel. Chewy, melted cheese on top, perfect with some butter or cream cheese.
  2. High Protein & Gut-friendly. This recipe uses Greek yogurt, which has a higher protein content than most bagel recipes. It will keep you fuller for longer and is good for your gut thanks to the probiotics in the yogurt.
  3. Quick on time. The best part of this recipe is that it takes 15 minutes to bring together and roughly 25-30 minutes to bake.
  4. Customizable. The best part is that this recipe is customizable. Looking for a sweeter bagel? Dust some cinnamon sugar over it instead. There is no limit to what you can top a bagel with.
