Curry Chicken Dumplings

This is one of those dinners that checks every box! Easy? Check. Relatively fast? Check. 40 minutes for prep and cook! Full of flavor? Check! If you’re looking for quick, one-pan dinners, this one is perfect for you! Not only is it easy, but it also requires only a few ingredients to throw together, and you have yourself a delicious Thai night dinner! We like to serve ours over some steamed white rice!

Ingredients you’ll need for Curry Chicken Dumplings

  • coconut cream/milk
  • red curry sauce
  • soyaki sauce (or similar)
  • red curry paste
  • green onion
  • chicken/vegetable dumplings
  • minced garlic
  • chili onion crunch oil
  • sesame seeds

Curry Chicken Dumplings

A spicy, tangy sauce, tender, filled dumplings with a touch of spice. A weeknight favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • ½ can red curry sauce
  • 3 tbsp soyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 package of chicken dumplings

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 9×18 baking dish, add coconut cream, red curry sauce, soyaki sauce, red curry paste, and minced garlic. Stir with a fork till fully combined.
  2. Add in an entire package of chicken dumplings or as many as you can fit.
  3. Cover with foil and cook at 400°F for 35 minutes.
  4. Once fully cooked, allow it to rest for a minute and top with green onions, chili onion crunch, and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve over some rice and enjoy!
