Curry Chicken Dumplings

A spicy, tangy sauce, tender, filled dumplings with a touch of spice. A weeknight favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • ½ can red curry sauce
  • 3 tbsp soyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 package of chicken dumplings

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 9x18 baking dish, add coconut cream, red curry sauce, soyaki sauce, red curry paste, and minced garlic. Stir with a fork till fully combined.
  2. Add in an entire package of chicken dumplings or as many as you can fit.
  3. Cover with foil and cook at 400°F for 35 minutes.
  4. Once fully cooked, allow it to rest for a minute and top with green onions, chili onion crunch, and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve over some rice and enjoy!
