Add the yeast, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of warm water to a measuring glass. Whisk and let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bloomed yeast to the flour, Greek yogurt, the remaining warm water, olive oil and salt.
On a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix all the ingredients together until the dough is tacky but doesn't stick to your fingers.
Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
After an hour, pour the dough out and section into 6-8 pieces.
Using a rolling pin or your hands push out the edges to form roughly a 6-inch circle.
On medium heat, add some olive oil to a skillet and cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
Remove from heat and immediately brush with garlic butter.
Sprinkle with cilantro if desired & enjoy!
